The One Direction hottie was spotted in the passenger seat of this gal’s car late Monday night as the two left the Chiltern Firehouse in London! And NO, it appears he didn’t run into Lindsay Lohan there! It must’ve been her one night off from hanging there!

The mystery girl in the driver’s seat is actually his hairdresser, Ms. Lou Teasdale!
It shouldn’t be too surprising to see the two out and about together! Harry and Lou have a pretty close relationship, he’s even gone out to support her at her book launch a few months ago!
