Heather Locklear’s June arrest has come back to haunt her.
According to Us Weekly, the 56-year-old actress will be charged with three misdemeanors in connection to her alleged attack on an EMT and police officer.
The three new charges, which include one count of interfering with a law enforcement officer and two counts of battery, will be added to the existing charges the 56-year-old faces from her February arrest stemming from the domestic violence incident with her boyfriend, Chris Heisser.

As we reported, the actress was arrested again on June 24 after her parents called to report she was severely intoxicated at her home. When officials arrived at her home, Locklear allegedly punched a deputy and kicked an EMT while she was being placed on a gurney.
She was hospitalized one week later for a psychiatric evaluation. After her release from jail, Locklear headed to a rehab facility to seek long term treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues. Let’s hope these new charges serve as a wakeup call.
