Heathers is a comedy classic, but you could never make that movie today.
So when we heard the salacious satire of all things high school — including suicide, date rape, and homophobia — was coming to the small screen in 2018, we had some questions.
The answers… are unexpected, that’s for sure.

First off, each season will center around an entirely new group of Heathers (à la American Horror Story), starting with an unexpected trio including a genderqueer boy.
Also, the return of lone survivor Shannen Doherty AND some very politically incorrect language for basic cable.
