Honey Boo Boo is doing just fine while her mother reportedly continues to live that casino life with her felon boyfriend!
Last week, it was reported that Mama June had been living inside an Alabama casino with boyfriend Geno Doak, the man a judge ordered her to stay away from after he allegedly threatened her life at a gas station in March.
These reports caused fans to wonder who was taking care of June’s 13-year-old daughter (real name Alana Thompson), with many concerned that the teen reality star was also residing in the gambler’s paradise.
As it turns out, HBB is far from the slot machines — and her embattled mother — and is currently living with her 19-year-old sister Pumpkin (real name Lauryn Shannon) while Mama June continues to go through a tough time.

According to TMZ, Pumpkin has been serving as a de facto guardian to Mama June’s youngest daughter as of late. Sources say that Honey Boo Boo has been living with her big sis for several months and even helps look after Pumpkin’s one-year-old daughter, Ella.
The insiders went on to say that HBB and June’s other daughters understand that their mom is going through some hardships recently and want to keep their distance from her and the “drama.”
As we reported, the Mama June: From Not To Hot star was arrested at an Alabama gas station in March following a reported domestic incident between her and her boyfriend, Geno. Per the report, he threatened to kill June during the argument.
When cops arrived and gave the pair a pat down, they reportedly busted June and Geno for possession of crack cocaine. The duo was arrested and booked on felony charges of drug possession, but they were able to get out of jail rather quickly.

Since then, June and Geno have been shacking up at the Wind Creek Montgomery Resort & Casino. In early May, the reality star was seen on the gambling floor and reportedly won $1,000.
TMZ reports that June rarely sees her family these days, adding that the kids know their mom is going through a “phase” and are giving her space for the moment.
Aside from Honey and Pumpkin, the 39-year-old has a 22-year-old daughter Jessica and a 24-year-old daughter Anna.
We’re just glad Honey Boo Boo is being looked after during this trying time.
