Hugh Jackman and his cast-mates have been busy north of the border as they film X-Men: Days Of Future Past in Montreal!
But when the cameras stopped rolling recently, the Australian actor wasn’t quite ready to give up on his superhero duties!
Earlier this week, Hugh and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness decided to call up the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation after they had some issues with a donation they were trying to make.
Employee Kim Fraser explained the situation and said:
“She had tried to make the donation via her computer but the confirmation she got said that she had given $10 so she called us up. She wanted to make the donation on behalf of her, her husband, and the cast and crew of X-Men.”
Awww! How nice is that!
But if they weren’t trying to donate $10, how much were they trying to donate??
Well Deborra cleared things up and said they were actually trying to make a whopping $10,000 donation!!!
Wowzers!
The hospital says that Hugh and his wifey never had the chance to drop by personally after the generous gift, but they DID confirm that the payment went through!
Way to go, Wolverine!!
