Okay, so it’s not an official AFI sanctioned list, but overall it’s still pret-ty impressive.

After going through the list, here are some trends that we’ve found in movie threats:
– References to performing bodily functions in inappropriate locations
– Causing so much damage that other people who aren’t present will experience pain
– Usage of the “F” word
– Describing ways in which to cause permanent damage to ones’ head and/or neck
– Getting uncomfortably close to another person’s face while threatening them
