Jay Z and Beyonc├â┬⌐ are a power couple in every sense, but that doesn’t mean they don’t feel the wrath of the Internet, too!
The rapper is under fire in the black community after posting a picture on his wife’s website of the staff at his new music venture Tidal, and it ain’t pretty!
The pic shows Tidal’s employees in their Norway offices, and it appears Jay and Bey are the only non-white people in the group.
Sure, Norway has something like a 2 percent black population, but for the rapper — who criticized the black community recently for not getting behind his new project — failing to hire people from different backgrounds seems pretty hypocritical!

After the pic was published, the commenters came out, saying things like:
– “Jay tried to guilt trip us … but his staff are all white”
– “Jay does a ‘Pro-Black’ freestyle but then releases a picture of #Tidal’s all White staff.”
– “Those who complain of no blacks in white owned institutions. Well here u go Jay Z OWNS TIDAL. U going to protest?”
-“Jay ain’t hiring u n***as”
