Time for Jenna Dewan to open up and get real about her split from Channing Tatum…
Speaking to People about her split — and her big, weird, ever-changing year the past few months — on Friday afternoon, Dewan opened up about her life, and the good and the bad that’s come with it.

Dewan was in Vegas this weekend to celebrate the 15th anniversary of VEGAS Magazine — she’s currently the cover model! — when reporters caught up with her to ask about her sometimes good, sometimes bad year in review now that we’re hitting the summer season (below):
“This year has just been a really incredible year in a lot of ways. A lot of change, but you go with it and you make the best with what you can. I’m really great and doing wonderful and I thank everyone for their love always.”

She also spoke up about other changes in her life in regards to Vegas itself — she can’t quite come to Sin City and do the same things she always did, now that she’s a mom and things are a little different toting around her 4-year-old daughter Everly (below):
“I have a lot of experiences in Vegas. They used to be way more fast and furious, and now I’m a mom. It’s a little different. Now I come to Vegas to find out what shows to show my daughter, rather than staying up all night partying.”

Obviously, Dewan has been through a lot the past few months with her split from Tatum, but those two sound and seem as close as ever — a critical detail that’ll no doubt help them get through co-parenting!
