Jessica Chastain has had a whirlwind of a year, filled with lots of films, red carpets and ad campaigns.
So, once summer hit, it was time to take off!
The star shared some wild moments from her trip with her fans, saying:
├óΓé¼┼ôHello lovelies! I’m now in Calgary and back to work on Nolan’s film. Over the last 2 weeks, I had the most glorious vacation. It’s been a long time since I relaxed, so I became an expert at it. Any guesses as to where I was? Here’s a hint: I visited 2 spots in asia. Look at all the animals I found! xxjes├óΓé¼┬¥

In the pics, she visited an elephant sanctuary, played with a bird, watched a baby turtle who she named Freddy make his first trip to the sea and even got jumped by a wild monkey!
She explained the experience:
“I was in the forest when this little monkey started following us. I could tell that he was friendly, so I took a step toward him. All of a sudden he climbed up me! I was a little scared because he was from the wild, but his gentle nature overcame my fear.”
Aww! Isn’t she just the sweetest!
We can’t get over how fantastic this trip looks!
