Joe Simpson Charged With TWO Counts Of DUI!

Yikes!!
That August 4 arrest that landed Joe Simpson in the cuffs has resulted in him being charged with TWO COUNTS of DUI!!!
That means Jessica Simpson‘s daddy faces some jail time after all! Ho-ly shiz.
How much?? Well… with two misdemeanor counts, that’s a maximum of six months behind bars, plus 36 months of probation and a $1,000 fine.
Joe’s court date is scheduled toward the end of August, where he’ll see whether or not he’s convicted of the #1 party foul!
