More Drama Between Jon & Kate Gosselin! The Reality Star Plans To Seek Custody Of His Daughter Hannah!

Could this relationship get any more bitter?
On May 13, it was reported that Jon Gosselin plans to seek custody of his 11-year-old daughter, Hannah Gosselin.
While there’s no OFFICIAL reason why Gosselin is headed to court, a few media outlets have suggested the move has to do with Kate Gosselin‘s alleged cruelty to her children.

An insider explained:

“Hanna recently said she didn’t want to go home to her mom because she can’t take the cruelty anymore. She was so afraid of her mom that Jon became concerned and called Children and Youth Services and filed a report ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ and he took emergency custody of Hannah.”

Obviously, this didn’t sit well with the reality momma and she essentially EXPLODED!
The source revealed:

“She showed up at Jon’s house and stood in the street screaming for Hannah to come home, but she wouldn’t leave. Then she called the cops on Jon and made claims about him.”

Wow, so much drama!!
Apparently, if Jon gets custody, he wants to halt TLC from filming.
The insider elaborated:

“Hannah doesn’t want to film, but Kate is making her and she’s not the only child who has no interest in being on the show.”

Sheesh, we just hope everything works out for the sake of little Hannah!!
