Almost a year after their reported split, Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman are making it official.
TMZ is reporting the actress’ husband of twelve years has decided to file for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences.”

Even though it’s seemingly been a long time coming as the couple were believed to have separated in November 2015, we still held out hope for a reconciliation.
According to the new report, the director and his estranged wife have waived any right to spousal support, which could indicate the two signed a prenup ahead of their 2004 wedding!
Maybe these two will be able to have a drama-free divorce??
