This hot momma — of eight — is looking for love!
On Monday, TLC dropped the super teaser for Kate Gosselin‘s new show, Kate Plus Date, where the 44-year-old tries to find romance with help from matchmakers Rachel DeAlto, well known for her role on Lifetime‘s hit show Married at First Sight, and Adam LoDolce, founder of SexyConfidence.com.

In the clip, the Kate Plus 8 star exclaimed:
“Have you noticed I’ve been single for the last decade? I don’t even know, like, what the rules are. Like, can somebody help me out here?”
According to LoDolce, the reality TV personality has “a very hard shell, ” but once someone is able to crack her tough exterior, “there’s this soft amazing side.”
Throughout the six-part series, Gosselin’s dates will have an “active” component — like archery, tee-ball, grape-stomping, and racquetball — as well as “a more intimate dinner aspect.”
Unfortunately, Kate’s journey to find love will have plenty of bumps in the road.
In one “painful” scene, she tells the poor guy that the two “don’t have a connection really.”
However, in another, Gosselin gushes over a suitor who she would like to see again!
“Yeah, I would more than likely go on another date with him.”
Fortunately, Kate’s children — including 18-year-old twins Mady and Cara who will go to college in the fall — will cheer on their mom every step of the way.
Mady dished:
“First dates are definitely not supposed to be romantic… They’re about finding out if the person’s a serial killer or not.”
Though supportive, Mady does NOT want to know any intimate details about her mom’s flings!
“Whenever she’s trying to be like flirty or whatever, it makes me want to throw up.”
After being wooed by 10 bachelors, Kate must face the difficult decision of choosing only two guys to take on a second date.
Regardless of whether she meets a match or not, this process has changed Kate for the better.
“Standing here right now I can tell you I am different than I was three months ago… Wait till you see, because even I can’t believe it.”
Kate and ex-husband Jon Gosselin — who married in 1999 but divorced in 2009 — also share 14-year-old sextuplets Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden, and Collin.
The new show premieres Monday, June 10 on TLC at 10 P.M. EST/PST.
