Kate Gosselin is done threatening.
The Kate Plus 8 matriarch is officially suing her ex Jon Gosselin and his author friend Robert Hoffman.
She says they colluded to spread lies about her abusing her children in a published book for their own profit. Kate says:
“This lawsuit is absolutely moving forward.”
Pretty unequivocal statement there!
The lawsuit will lead two other announced lawsuits brought about by Kate supporter and anti-bullying activist James McGibney who is holding at least one website and one Twitter account liable for their attacks on Kate and himself.
We hope now that this is going to court, the truth will finally be made clear, whatever that may be.
