Oh boy! These ladies will NOT be happy with this decision!
Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian are suing their ex step mom Ellen Kardashian over their patriarch Robert Kardashian‘s belongings.
The ladies want $500,000 in damages along with the belongings, and were also seeking $50,000 in sanctions against Ellen over their lawyer fees after Ellen’s lawyers counter sued them!
U.S. Chief District Judge George King recently rejected the Kardashians attempt to recover the $50,000 in sanctions.
Here’s what his ruling said:
“We have considered the Parties’ briefing in support of this motion. The Motion is DENIED.“
You know things are serious when you go ALL CAPS!!!
We’d like to see this case be settled in an adult and cool headed way, but from the looks of things – that’s not going to happen!
We’ll see what happens for the Kardashian ladies and their ex step mom in the coming months!
