Lindsay Lohan Might Get A Miracle Plea Deal With NO Rehab Time!

Lindsay Lohan really does have some damn good luck.
Well, in some ways.
While she rejected previous plea deals because they required time in rehab, she was then facing a trial that could have definitely led to jail time.
But, luck is shining down on little LiLo!
The troublesome redheaded starlet might actually get off the hook and avoid jail AND rehab with a new plea deal that is being worked out.
Her determined lawyer, Mark Heller, wants to prove he’s not a bumbling character is working to get Lindz just what she wants as a source revealed:

“A plea deal could be reached without Lindsay being forced to go into treatment. Since she wasn’t arrested or charged with crimes related to drugs or alcohol a plea deal requiring her to go to rehab isn’t the only way a resolution can be reached. There are other possibilities including the options of Lohan undergoing extensive counseling and lengthy community service. Talks between Mark Heller, and the City Attorney’s office are ongoing and both sides are hopeful a plea deal can be reached soon that is mutually agreeable.”

We almost fainted there!
We didn’t think it’d be possible for both sides to reach an agreement considering the lashing Mark got during the last court appearance.
But we know exactly what you’re about to say: send Lindsay to jail already!
Well, that might still happen if a plea deal isn’t reached. While she could be acquitted for her latest crime of lying to officers, she still has to beat the probation violation charge which could result in 245 days in jail if found guilty.
Sounds like a far-fetched possibility if a rehab-free plea deal is actually on the table.
But, she’s also been known to turn down damn good plea deals.
