While Dina Lohan battles her DWI in court, it seems that Lindsay Lohan will soon be fighting her own legal woes!

LiLo is now being sued by the truck driver she crashed into way back in 2012 on the Pacific Coast Highway!

You remember that crash, right? The one where she (allegedly) lied and lied and lied and then tried to bribe the guy to keep quiet!

Oooooohhh! YEAH! THAT crash!

Well, it seems her time has finally come since the driver of the truck is now suing for unspecified damages!

OH nooozzzz!!! Could this be aiding to what looks to be LiLo’s next downward spiral?

What with her firing her sober coach, dating a 19 year old, her new tattoo-happy ways, and hanging out with her former assistant, it would seem like Linds is definitely headed down that path!
