Mel Gibson Claims He's Being Exploited By A Malibu Car Crash Victim Because He's A Wealthy Celebrity!

Mel Gibson is totally wishing he wasn’t so famous right now!
Right after Christmas, the 59-year-old was driving near his house in Malibu when he struck a 13-year-old parked car. Reportedly, the damage was so severe that he had to call someone over to disentangle him from the wreckage!

The disgraced actor then did the moral thing — he left a note with his phone number, and his insurance paid for the victim’s repairs, rental car, and other expenses.
However the owner of the impaired car didn’t think this was enough!
According to sources, the woman has allegedly been harassing the Passion Of The Christ director through phone calls and texts demanding more money and a brand new car just because Gibson is a rich celebrity!
We’re told that her hounding is so severe that the Oscar winner is threatening to get his lawyers involved!
So much drama!
This isn’t the first time Gibson was involved in a vehicular controversy. In 2006, he was arrested for DUI where he made a slew of anti-Semitic remarks to a police officer. He has since apologized for his comments.
We guess being a celebrity isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be!
