UPDATE: Despite reports that she submitted it for the New York City Porn Film Festival, a spokesperson for Miley cleared up this false story:

“Miley was proud to make a film with acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Jones. Neither she nor Quentin (the film’s director) are participating in this ├óΓé¼╦£festival’ in any way.”

In fact, apparently the video is being used by the festival for promotional gain
