He speaks!!
After years of rumblings and rumors that Morgan Freedman has been having an affair with his step-grandaughter, Edena Hines, the distinguished narrator actor has finally been driven to make a public statement.
Here’s what Freedman had to say:
“The recent reports of any pending marriage or romantic relationship of me to anyone are defamatory fabrications from the tabloid media design to sell papers. What is even more alarming is that these fabrications are now being pickup by the legitimate press as well.”
Hines, his 27-year-old step-granddaughter, also released a statement. She says:
“These stories about me and my grandfather are not only untrue, they are also very hurtful to me and my family.”
Well, there you have it.
We always thought these rumors were too cray — even for a Hollywood heavyweight like Freedman.
Though, we do have one little piece of advice for Morgan; If you don’t want people to think you’re banging someone DO NOT take them as your “date” everywhere and hold hands in public!
