Police have arrested two parents and have charged them with endangering the welfare of their child after police discovered the twelve-year-old boy was living in a house that was overrun with scores of animals, stank of urine, and feces stains covered the entire house.
17 dogs were also found scattered throughout the house, and a number of them were thought to be in poor health.
The boy was taken to the hospital for observation – the boy was released and is now living with his relatives.
Both parents were released on bail. Hopefully they were able to take a shower… That is if they even know what a shower is.
Ugh.
