We’re pretty used to dysfunctional families here in Hollywood, but sometimes it’s regular people who have the weirdest drama.
A husband and wife in China had no choice but to sue their own son to get him out of their house!
While that sounds a little harsh on its own, their son Xu Qing is actually 29 years old, and was basically freeloading in his parents’ home.
After dropping out of school, Xu moved into his parents’ house while his dad helped him get a job at his company. However, Xu immediately quit saying that the work was boring.
And it gets worse. On top of taking advantage of his parents, Xu then invited his unemployed girlfriend to move in too!
That’s when the couple had enough and sued their son to get out. They won the case, and when the 60 days Xu had to leave the residence were up, he still had not left.
The parents are currently trying to get an immediate eviction notice from the court.
It stinks that this drama will probably ruin their relationship forever, but some people simply cannot be helped.
Plus, we think the parents might be better off in the end.
