The more information we get about Paul Walker‘s deadly crash, the sadder we become.
According to law enforcement sources, police have received tips that Paul and the car’s driver Roger Rodas had been racing at the time of the crash, and that officials are searching for footage that could verify this claim.
Allegedly, the area where the accident took place is known for street racing, and we know that speed was partly to blame in the crash.
In addition to this, according to sources connected to Always Evolving, the car customization shop co-owned by Paul and Roger, the apparent fluid burst and trail seen just before the skid marks at the scene of the accident possibly denote a fluid leak.
The sources also say that the lack of skid marks up until just before the point of impact, and the fact that the marks were straight rather swerved, suggest that Roger did not have control of the vehicle’s steering at the time.
They also mentioned that it’s worth noting that the fire happened in the front of the vehicle rather than the rear where the engine was, evidence that supports the notion that there was a fluid leak of some kind.
Could it be that Roger and Paul had been street racing, encountered a fluid leak, and then lost control suddenly due to a mechanical malfunction?
If so, this would be the final tragic irony in this sad story. Rest in peace, Paul.
