Pennsylvania Residents Are Filled With Holiday Jeer Over Their Ugly 'Charlie Brown' Christmas Tree! But Will They Give It The Axe??

And we thought Charlie Brown had an ugly Christmas tree!!
Residents at Reading, Pennsylvania found themselves filled with a little bit of holiday jeer when the city unveiled their new tree, and it definitely wasn’t filling residents with joy nor glee!
In fact, the Norwegian Spruce with noticeably missing branches was supposed to be a backup to another tree that we can only assume was far less ugly, however, it was unreachable at the farm and the city was forced to settle!

Residents were initially SO upset with the tree, they asked for it to be replaced! But it appears the city has had a change of heart, as residents are NOW rallying to keep it!
You know, now that it’s super famous and everything!
The city will be decorating the tree on Friday and will hold a lighting ceremony on Saturday night, and it definitely seems like they’re hoping it will bring in some tourists now that it’s the second most famous tree behind the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree!
And to think they were JUST about to give this guy the axe! It’s a Christmas miracle!
