Never one to bite her tongue – and we LOVE her for that – Sharon Osbourne recently sat down to chat with Perez and easily gave us the most frank and refreshing interview we’ve ever conducted!
And boy was it JUICY!
We talk about everything from Sharon not liking Danni Minogue to her thoughts on Cheryl Cole, all the X Factor drama, what her relationship is like with Simon Cowell these days, sexting Ozzy and soooo much more!

Perez Hilton: Simon Cowell is a producer on ├óΓé¼┬│America’s got Talent├óΓé¼┬│.
Sharon Osbourne: Yeah. And I was on ″X Factor″ in the UK.
Perez Hilton: What’s your relationship with Simon these days?
Sharon Osbourne: Good. Really good.
Perez Hilton: Is it?
Sharon Osbourne: Yeah.
Perez Hilton: Are you bullshitting me?
Sharon Osbourne: I never speak to him.
Perez Hilton: I love that. Okay, good answer. Now obviously, there’s been a lot of drama with ├óΓé¼┬│X Factor├óΓé¼┬│ in America and in the UK.
Sharon Osbourne: Has there ever.
Perez Hilton: I have not been given a list of questions that I can or cannot ask and Perez likes to ask the questions.
Sharon Osbourne: Just ask away.
Perez Hilton: Okay. Dannii is no longer on the British show.
Sharon Osbourne: Yes.
Perez Hilton: Because I think something shady went down there though. Like the excuse was about her being on ├óΓé¼┬│Australia’s got Talent├óΓé¼┬│. I think she might have been pushed out. I’m not sure exactly what happened. But —
Sharon Osbourne: I don’t think she was pushed. I think she was fucking thrown.
Perez Hilton: You and her did not get along.
Sharon Osbourne: No we didn’t. But [watch the interview above for more].
Perez Hilton: She wrote some things about you in her book. Did you hear any of those things or read it or care?

Perez Hilton: Now, there’s a still a bit more drama with Cheryl.
Sharon Osbourne: Yeah.
Perez Hilton: — in America, US ├óΓé¼┬│X Factor├óΓé¼┬│. I have a theory.
Sharon Osbourne: Tell me everything.
Perez Hilton: My theory is, and you can tell me your thoughts. I think that Fox was planning to fire her all along. Because this whole BS about her accent. Like they knew what she sounded like.
Sharon Osbourne: Oh my god, that little guy went to England so many times to see her on ″X Factor″.
Perez Hilton: I know, Peter or Michael or whatever. The little guy, yeah. They knew what she sounded like.
Sharon Osbourne: Hey, he’d been over to England so many bloody times watching that show. He knew what he was getting before she got here. So that’s what I don’t understand either.
Perez Hilton: I think that they, I think that Simon is in love with Cheryl. Maybe not in a, I actually want to have sex with her but he’s like in love with her or like —
Sharon Osbourne: But she’s so beautiful though —
Perez Hilton: And she’s very charm — oh I’m a big, she has a fan. And I think that he was really championing her to the point where Fox felt like they had to say yes. But then they’re like, ├óΓé¼┬│Well we’re upset because he could have such better talent to pick from. He could have all these — anyone├óΓé¼┬│.
Sharon Osbourne: Anyone.
Perez Hilton: But he insisted on her. He’s like, ├óΓé¼┬│Okay, let him do it, and then we’ll let her hang by her own noose, and fire her really quickly, and pay her a contract, and we’ll make that money in that one commercial├óΓé¼┬│.
Sharon Osbourne: Yeah, in advertising. But the thing is it’s — I think your theory is good, it’s very good. Maybe they were pacifying him —
Perez Hilton: Yes, yes, I’ve heard about this.
Sharon Osbourne: You’re good.
Perez Hilton: I’m — I mean, it’s just a theory people.
Sharon Osbourne: It’s good.
Perez Hilton: I don’t know. And how is Ozzy doing?
Sharon Osbourne: He’s gorgeous. He’s in Europe. He’s doing all the summer festivals this year in Europe.
Perez Hilton: Oh he is?
Sharon Osbourne: And yeah, he’s very busy.
Perez Hilton: So you’re not spending that much time together. You like that? Is it a good type of break?
Sharon Osbourne: No. But it’s good now because he’s texting. So we’re texting each other all the time.
Perez Hilton: Is that a new thing?
Sharon Osbourne: Its yesterday. I got a text from Ozzy and I’m like, ├óΓé¼┬│Jesus, somebody’s stolen his phone├óΓé¼┬│. Because I thought somebody found his phone and they were texting me dirty messages. And Silvana my assistant goes, ├óΓé¼┬│Oh my god, Ozzy’s just sent you this really dirty text├óΓé¼┬│. And I’m like, ├óΓé¼┬│Well it’s not him, somebody must have stolen his phone, he cant text├óΓé¼┬│. But it was him.
