As if Reese Witherspoon wasn’t already adorable, she just got even more so.
The 43-year-old enlisted the help of her equally as cute son Deacon Phillippe to teach her what TikTok is and how to use it. As you can imagine the end result was pretty hilarious!

On Sunday, the 15-year-old explained to his mom what content on the “short-form video platform” typically entails, and while he didn’t initially seem too enthusiastic about helping her out, the two quickly got into it and she was a pro in no time!

And we’re not the only ones! Fellow A-listers Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Garner, Mindy Kaling, Victoria Beckham, and Selma Blair were among Witherspoon’s pals who commented with their support for the hilarious video.
In honor of his 15th birthday last October, the Big Little Lies star wrote about how her teen is always teaching her something new:
“Happy Birthday to my wonderful, creative, kind, talented boy @deaconphillippe! Everyday you teach me something new about beats, Fort Nite dances, fantasy football and cool sneakers. What a gift to be your mom. I ❤️you, buddy! (P.S. When did you get so tall!?) #Thisis15”
As evidenced by the (above) video, clearly her statement is still true!!
But something she’s teaching him how to do is drive! The Draper James founder chatted with Ellen DeGeneres earlier this month about teaching her soon-to-be 16-year-old how to get behind a vehicle, and revealed she’s actually more of a distracted driver than the teen is:
“Yes, he’s starting to drive, God help us all. But he’s a good driver, he’s actually a better driver than I am. I get distracted a lot because I see cute dogs and I’m like ‘Oh, I gotta pull over!’ and I literally will pull over the car and get out of the car — if it’s a bulldog. Only a bulldog. I’m very preferential of certain breeds.”
The daytime host inquired:
“If someone’s walking a dog, or just if it’s loose you mean?”
The clearly dog-obsessed Witherspoon shared:
“Oh no, if it’s being walked by somebody and it’s really cute.”
Ellen laughed, asking:
“If it’s being walked you’ll just pull over and get out? Wow.”
The momma of three seemed shocked DeGeneres doesn’t do the same:
“Oh yeah. You don’t do that?”
Clearly, not all of us are as dog-obsessed as you, Reese! LOLz! And thanks Deacon for keeping your mom up to date on things!!
