Is Ryan Lochte Lying About Rio Robbery To Hide That He Was Stepping Out On His Girlfriend?? A Fellow Athlete Is Spilling All!

Is Ryan Lochte getting in too deep?
Earlier this week, the gold medalist alleged he was robbed at gunpoint at the Rio Olympics early Sunday morning.
The Olympic swimmer claimed he and teammates Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger, and Jimmy Feigen were mugged by thieves pretending to be cops, which didn’t come as much of a surprise based on earlier reports of theft and kidnappings surrounding the games.

However, not everyone is buying it! The Brazilian Government thinks Lochte is lying about the mugging and wants to call him in for questioning — but why would the American hero fabricate such a scary tale?
Well, according to Brazilian jiu-jitsu master Renzo Gracie, Lochte made up the story just so he could get out of an argument with his main squeeze Kayla Rae Reid!
In an interview with Veja, Renzo — who is a member the prominent martial arts Gracie family (think Brazil’s version of the Kardashians, but trade headshots for headlocks) — claims that an anonymous tipster who worked in the Olympic Village texted him saying that Lochte’s story was untrue.
After getting tipped by the unidentified worker, Renzo reached out to contacts who did security of the site. No one would confirm or deny the authenticity of the assault, but “showed fear” when the subject was brought up.

Renzo’s suspicions were further confirmed when he saw security footage released by The Daily Mail, which shows Lochte all smiles after the alleged attack. He explained:

“This video brings another clue that the text I received is true. They are smiling and apparently with all belongings. I do not believe this to be consistent with someone who had just been robbed, even in a country unfamiliar.”

Renzo went on to say he thinks Lochte made up the whole thing to throw off his lady love — who is in Rio herself — while he and his teammates partied with other women on the night in question.
Seems like a lot to risk just to mislead someone he’s dating — but then again, who knows how the mind of Ryan Lochte works anyway?
Either way, it sounds like something fishy is going on here… what do U think?
