Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna Legal Battle Reveals Scratching Fetish!

Rob Kardashian Scratching Blac Chyna Fight

As the legal battle between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna rages on, it’s starting to go below the belt.
Most recently Rob filed a claim saying damage caused by his ex during their infamous December 2016 fight cost him thousands — and the extra security he had to hire afterward cost him even more!
Chyna’s next move? Trying to muddy any claims Rob felt he was being abused by revealing he LIKES being manhandled by a woman.

According to The Blast, her legal argument is he couldn’t have suffered any physical or psychological injuries from their fight because the type of scratching she did was done with the KUWTK star’s “(very happy) consent.”
Her evidence? A deposition in which he explicitly states his proclivity for the press-on penetration, this being the key excerpt:

Q: You like that? What? Being scratched?
A: Yeah, being scratched by a female is probably one of the best things a man could ask for.
Q: All right. And at that time, is that how you took her, again, nails across your chest, that that’s something that felt good?
A: It didn’t really occur to me that it was going to be — go into, you know, guns and strangling. This was just like I thought she was just being drunk and, you know, trying to be funny.

Can we just take a moment to point out how adorably uncomfortable this is seemingly making the questioner? OK, moving on…
Later in the questioning he explains this scratching was different from the other and “didn’t feel good, that’s for sure.”
Chyna argues she shouldn’t have to pay the portion of the $500K in total damages which covers his “injuries.”
Hmm. We have to say, this is starting to sound like the victim blaming so often employed by abusers…
He likes it rough, therefore he can’t be abused? Come on! We all know there’s a difference!
What do YOU think, Perezcious lawyers??
