On Monday, it was revealed that Robin Williams‘ three children and wife, Susan Williams will head back to court to continue the unresolved issue on how to split the remaining parts of the Jumanji star’s estate.

Court records show that most of the tension is over how much money the Oscar winner’s widow should receive.
A hearing was scheduled by a judge from the San Francisco Superior Court two months ago — in the hopes that the disagreement would be resolved by a mediator before the appointed court date. However, the two parties met for mediation back in April and were still unable to come to an agreement.
As we previously reported, the Mrs. Doubtfire actor committed suicide in the Tiburon home he shared with Susan. It’s been reported that his widow was left with instructions for his children to give her enough money to maintain the residence through her lifetime.
But it seems that the lawyers are still trying to determine that exact sum.
We hope the family will resolve their disagreement sooner than later — at least for the sake of the comedic icon’s memory. But, we guess only time will tell.
