We’re so pleased to hear that Robin Williams will be tastefully honored at the Emmy‘s on August 25th.
While Robin’s passing is beyond tragic, it’s comforting to know his life will continue to be celebrated.
Executive producer, Don Mischer, stated:
“Plans for the In Memoriam segment are in discussion. While we are all still coming to terms with this week’s tragic news, we are working to give Robin Williams the proper and meaningful remembrance he so well deserves.”
For those who don’t know, In Memoriam is an awards show staple and the segment has honored many greats, like Roger Ebert.
We’re sure the Emmy’s will do a great job paying tribute to the late Robin, especially since he’s a two time Emmy winner.
