And while there may not be any controversy surrounding the award show in which actors are recognized by their peers for outstanding performances, it’s still one of our favorite shows to watch!
One of the best parts of the show is when stars introduce themselves to the camera and say why they identify as an actor!
Last year, Jennifer Aniston had one of the best monologues recalling her fondness of the craft throughout her childhood. She said:
“When I was a little girl growing up in New York City, all I ever wanted to be was Scarlett O’Hara. Oh, well. I’m Jennifer Aniston, and I’m an actor.”
