Did These Words Knock Months Off Of Teresa Giudice's Jail Sentence? Read From Her Statement To The Court HERE!

Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have officially faced the music.
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars’ sentences were bad, but they certainly could have been worse.

The prosecution was reportedly asking for 21 months for Teresa, but she ended up getting just 15. Could her words have helped?
Before sentencing, Teresa read a prepared statement to the judge, and like Joe, she seems to be admitting her guilt. She said:

“I fully take responsibility for my actions…
I deeply love my family… My four daughters are my life…
I wrote this last night because I knew I was going to be nervous…
I’m scared, I’m not going to deny it, I’m really scared…
It’s time for me to wake up… I will make this right no matter what it takes.”

It pretty much went on like that for four whole minutes. We’re not sure if Teresa’s words of contrition were enough to sway the judge.

15 months isn’t exactly a slap on the wrist but six extra months of freedom seems pretty clementine to us.
