The Abercrombie/Situation Battle Rages On!

And so the war escalates!

In light of Abercrombie & Fitch issuing a press release last month claiming that they had offered The Situation a ‘substantial’ amount of money to stop wearing their clothes, the Jersey Shore star has not only claimed that he hasn’t seen any offer, but has now had his lawyers send the company a cease-and-desist letter for what he claims to be an infringement on his legal copyright by printing several of his slogans – including The Fitchuation and GTL Fitch – on their t-shirts!

According to the letter:

“We doubt that you could provide a valid reason why you used these specific designs, except to create a (false) association with our client’s goodwill.”

Hey! We can’t help but agree!

Seems pretty tasteless to condemn his antics to the extent that they don’t want him to wear their clothes, and then go ahead and cash in on his popularity by ripping off his slogans!

We can’t see how they intend to argue their way around this one!
