Wow! It’s getting serious now!
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes‘ divorce was apparently anything but amicable!
Now that the Mission Impossible actor has filed a 50 million dollar lawsuit against two magazines for writing that he “abandoned” his daughter Suri Cruise – a lot of new information is coming out!
And it’s not pretty!
As more and more stories appeared about Tom Cruise’s attempts to win his daughter’s affections by spoiling her appeared, the actor’s team became concerned that a friend of Holmes, Jeanne Yang, was the one leaking this information
Here’s what Cruise’s publicist wrote in one email that has just been uncovered:
├óΓé¼┼ôWhich will only cause Jeanne Yang to keep lying and speaking and keeping these stories going each week. A very good friend/editor slipped and said her name to me on Monday. Two good sources told me it is all her├óΓé¼┬ª She likely told the press that they stayed at Cinderella├óΓé¼Γäós castle as no one really knew├óΓé¼┬ª Every single person tells me she is speaking to the press constantly.”
Tom’s publicist also accused Katie’s publicist of alerting the paparazzi every time the mother and daughter left the building. She wrote:
“[Katie’s publicist] calls the paparazzi every time K gets ready to leave the building as the doormen are always surprised how they suddenly show up when she is about to leave.├óΓé¼┬¥
Apparently when Tom Cruise’s team found a story that was going to be published that claimed Suri Cruise was scared of school because her father told her she better behave, Tom’s lawyer called BS on the story and its sources.
Lawyer Aaron Moss wrote in an email:
├óΓé¼┼ôAs Mr. Cruise would obviously be one of the only two people involved in this fictional ├óΓé¼╦£conversation├óΓé¼Γäó (the other being his daughter), he of course is in a position to know the truth. JY [Jeanne Yang] again. At this point she and they are involved in a conspiracy. They know she├óΓé¼Γäós making this bs [bullsh*t] up.”
Moss then sent an email to Holmes’ rep Nanci Ryder about a story that claimed Tom didn’t show up to Suri’s first day of school despite promising his daughter that he would. The email said:
“I think this is getting more disgusting if that is even possible. And this should be curbed whenever possible ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ their daughter doesn├óΓé¼Γäót deserve these incessant lies. Can you guys comment and deny this as we all know this is not true. I think that would help stop this which of course is in Suri├óΓé¼Γäós best interest as well. He would never make a promise he wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót keep and he knew where he would be. Plus even if a promise was made ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ the only person who would know that are T, S and K [Tom, Suri and Katie] so we know this didn├óΓé¼Γäót come from them right?├óΓé¼┬¥
Wow this is getting super intense!
We already knew that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes weren’t on great terms when their divorce was going on, but we didn’t suspect all of those accusations of lies and false information was happening!
We also now know from documents released of Tom Cruise’s deposition that one of the reasons why his ex wife left him was because of his religion. In that session one lawyer asked the actor:
“Ms. Holmes has never indicated in any way that was one of the reasons she left you? …To protect Suri from Scientology?”
Cruise’s response was:
“Did she say that? That was one of the assertions, yes.”
Well, that part we already kind of knew…
But at least it’s confirmed now!!!
VERY intriguing stuff!
We have a feeling this will not be the last of this type of information either!!!
