Tracy Morgan was critically injured in a multiple vehicle accident that led to surgery, but it looks like the worst is behind him.
The actor and comedian has had his health upgraded after a long struggle.
His rep commented:
“Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement. His personality is certainly starting to come back as well.”
Tracy’s assistant, Jeff Millea, was also seriously injured in the accident, but things are looking up for him as well:
“Jeff├óΓé¼Γäós family shared that he has been upgraded to fair condition as well.”
Tracy had suffered a broken leg, nose, and ribs in the accident, so we couldn’t be more relieved to hear that he and his assistant are really on the mend.
Meanwhile, the truck driver involved in the accident, Kevin Roper, has pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and assault by auto. He has also been released on $50,000 bail.
We wish Tracy, Jeff, and everyone else injured in the accident speedy recoveries!
