Victoria Beckham refuses to allow her busy schedule to interfere with her job as a mom!
Opening up in Vogue Australia‘s November issue, the 42-year-old singer-turned-fashion-designer dished on all of her charity endeavors while thanking her husband David Beckham for being an “incredible partner.”
It takes village!
While family definitely comes first for the Spice Girls alum, Miz Beckham credits the support of her husband and their four children — Brooklyn, Harper, Romeo, and Cruz — for her ability to focus on her career:
“It is difficult to maintain it all in terms of being a wife, mother and businesswoman leading a brand. But I have a great team and I have a husband who is incredibly supportive.”

Adding:
“We support each other, and this is about being good partners. My children are all very happy and that’s the most crucial thing.”
