Shots fired!!
On Sunday, Wendy’s took their trolling to a professional level as they laid into competitor McDonald’s for their “flash frozen” beef patties. In case you missed it, the golden arches previously defended that the frozen technique helps “seal in fresh flavor” and allows the company to keep up with consumer demand.

And if you’re not convinced that the fast food chains are in an all out war now, just wait until you hear what Wendy’s quipped on Twitter…
As you likely saw, during the Super Bowl there was a broadcasting snafu, which caused a few minutes of dead air. Thus, in response, Wendy’s always sassy Twitter account joked:
Y’all freeze that live feed?

SAVAGE. For now, it seems that McDonald’s is rising above the shade and just focusing on interacting with consumers online.
Regardless, we’re sure those in the Mickey D’s advertising department are working on a clap back as we speak!!
