One Nickelodeon alum is NOT excited for the potential Zoey 101 reboot.
As we reported, fans got a nostalgia blast this week when most of the Zoey 101 cast reunited for an epic dinner celebration. Jamie Lynn Spears missed out on the event because she apparently “fell asleep,” but she wasn’t the only cast member who wasn’t present.
Alexa Nikolas, who played Nicole Bristow in the show’s first two seasons, took to social media to share how hurt she was about not being invited to the reunion.

She even commented on former costar Chris Massey’s photo of the celebration, writing:
“Why am I left out still? Lol it’s kinda hilarious now. We are like 30 years old. Wowza.”
In a series of emotional videos on her Instagram Stories, the actress revealed the series’ potential reboot, which was first reported last week, is “triggering a lot of childhood trauma.”
Nikolas has yet to explain what caused said trauma, but many fans are speculating it had to do with her tumultuous working relationship with Jamie Lynn — since Nikolas was said to have been fired because she had gotten into “constant off-screen fights” with Spears.
Back in 2005, TMZ reported Britney Spears stormed the set of the Nick show and screamed at the then-13-year-old, allegedly calling her an “evil little girl” who better watch herself or she’d “never work in this town again.” Britney’s team denied the rumors at the time, insisting the pop star simply gave the tween a “sisterly talking to” and asked why the costars just couldn’t get along.

The actress told her followers she’d be making a video recounting her “experience playing Nicole on Zoey 101.”
