I don't really see the problem with wearing socks with sandals as long as you have some sort of matching going on and it looks good. I have a pair of nike's that i rock with some dri-fits occasionally if i'm just chillin around for the day. I think it's more of an athlete thing though, something you fat shits wouldn't understand.
