Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez ARE Quietly Trying To Sell Their Marital Home Amid Divorce Rumors!

As we previously reported, a report came out earlier this week that their $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills, which they spent two years searching for, could be going on the market soon. The massive home even reappeared on the real estate website Zillow over the weekend and again on Wednesday, where it was listed as sold. Now, multiple sources with direct knowledge confirmed to TMZ on Saturday that Ben and Jennifer ARE quietly attempting to sell their place!

The insiders told the outlet that the pair hired realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency, the same agency founded by Kyle Richards’ ex, Mauricio Umansky. Santiago reportedly has been showing the house for around two weeks, but they’ve gotten no buyers so far. The outlet claimed the estranged couple asked for “around $65 million” for the home. And unfortunately for Ben and Jen, they’ll lose a lot of money with the sale — even with that price! According to TMZ, they will suffer a financial loss of millions of dollars due to the broker’s commission, a new tax on extremely expensive properties, and the money they put down on improvements. Oof.

For weeks, rumors of Ben and Jennifer’s divorce being imminent have been circulating. The actor already moved out of the house and moved into a rental home in Brentwood. Meanwhile, sources told TMZ that J.Lo is already looking for a new place. And we can assume that’s without Ben! Yikes.
