He'll never have to work again!

Simon Cowell is known to be a very rich man, reportedly making a figure close to $36 million to work on Idol this past year. However, it is possible he will make somewhere near three times as much this after the 2010 season.

Say WHAT?!

Cowell is being offered between $100 million and $144 million per year by co-producers Fox and 19 Entertainment to stay with Idol once his contract expires next May.

That's just redunkulous!

All that money so he can parade around in shirts that don't fit him and yell at Paula Abdul.

He's got it made!

According to reality famewhore Gene Simmons, Idol runner-up Adam Lambert has ruined his career by coming out!

Like it was a big secret!!!!

"He killed his career because now the conversation is not about his talent but about his sexual preference. He's done," said the clueless KISS rocker.

We think Glambert did himself a favor by being brave and addressing the obvious!

"I hope I'm completely wrong. I hope he becomes the next Beatles and proves me wrong," Simmons continued. "Adam was fantastic. What a powerful and attractive man he is. He can come on tour whenever he’d like."

Seems like Gene has a little crush!

With lead singer Amy Lee leaving Evanescence to pursue a new path, fans wondered what the rest of the band would do.

Now, we know. They've fallen, or rather, changed their name to Fallen and have acquired a brand new leading lady: American Idol finalist Carly Smithson.

The Irish lass was a favorite among her Idol season and now joins the once adored rock group to create a new, yet familiar sound. Her band includes Evanescence guitarist and songwriter Ben Moody, drummer Rocky Gray, guitarist John Lecompt and bassist Marty O'Brian, the only other musician not in the original band.

We won't get to hear any of the goods until Monday, when they release a free download of their first song on their website. We can't imagine anyone else being able to keep up with the strength and power of Amy Lee's vocals, but we'd liked to be pleasantly surprised.

Why did it take so long for us to hear about this?! Whose been holding this one back?!

American Idol runner up David Archuleta was known to have a weird and overbearing stage dad. It would seem, however, that James Jeffrey Archuleta has a few more hobbies that exclude milking his talented son for cash.

Back in January, police in Midvale, Utah, busted a massage parlor called Queens Reiki. According to court documents, they found a female masseuse with a male client who admitted “receiving sexual gratification from said masseuse." That male client, according to Sgt. John Salazar was none other than Archie's dad, Jeff!

Ewww!

Jeff Archuleta pleaded no contest at his January hearing to patronizing a prostitute. He was then forced to pay a $582 court fee and complete a counseling class. At the end of this month, the case will be dismissed provided he doesn't "repeat the crime."

How embarrassing for lil' Archie!

Yet another baby is on the way for American Idol alum, Bo Bice!

Remember him?!

The season four contestant's wife, Caroline, is knocked up for the third time and will be bringing a baby brother or sister home to 9-month-old Caleb James and 3-year-old Aidan Michael in January.

Congrats you two!

Wonder if the newborn will inherit Bo's impressive head of hair?

Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest were all smiles when they slipped out of the London-based strip club Stringfellows at 3:30 in the morning on Friday!

With lipstick smeared all over their faces!!!

Way to keep it inconspicuous, guys.

Maybe Simon was simply schooling his fellow American Idol co-star in a hands-on lesson of the female anatomy???

Adam Lambert might not have crushed Kris Allen in the competition, but he sure as hell crushed on him.

Glambert admitted to Rolling Stone to having a thing for his roommate and American Idol bud Kris Allen: "I was like, 'Oh, shit, they put me with the cute guy.' Distracting! He's the one guy I found attractive in the whole group on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type — except that he has a wife. I mean, he's open-minded and liberal, but he's definitely 100 percent straight."

Ha! Well, at least we know that Glambert isn't a home-wrecker.

As for Kris Alllen, though he concedes he is 100 percent straight, he did think it was "flattering" his runner-up felt the way he did.

We'll have to settle for an American Idol bromance. Besides, we think Adam looks better with his current bf anyway.

While pimping out his reality show to FOX, KISS front man Gene Simmons had some unprompted career advice for American Idol runner up Adam Lambert.

Simmons started out nice by saying that “he’s got a future if he wants to sing in Queen or be on Broadway.”

He went on to say that he is not a rock singer and nothing like Mick Jagger.

He has no idea when to shut up!

Gene continued, “Mostly he should shut up about his sexual preferences. We, America, the rest of the world, really don’t care. I mean, if the story becomes ‘I prefer farm animals to,’ you know, who cares?”

Why do people always jump to farm animals?!

Not only is it tacky but it makes them look ignorant!

Then, the uber modest Simmons offered details on performing with Adam at the Idol finale.

“How was it for him to perform with us, you mean?” he said. “That’s right, I see. Well, you just have to realize who the governor is and who the little puppy is.”

What a douche!!!!
