Bethenny Frankel was not feeling her ex's clingy ways, and so she just had to get away.

And what better city is there to get away other than Miami, Florida?!

So the former Real Housewives Of New York star and her daughter Bryn went on a flight, so they could take in the sights by day, and the bright lights at night.

Since cameras don't work so well at night - we're glad we caught them during the day while they were lounging by the pool!

What we would do to be able to chill at the pool with Bryn and her mom?

Well to start, we'd offer up ten belly flops for sure!

It's on!!!

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are taking the next step to finally officially end their marriage.

The former lovers met Friday morning to begin discussing the details of their divorce and it was not a smooth ride.

According to eyewitness, Bethenny looked "really tired [and] very, very thin," while Jason showed up looking well-rested and STILL sporting his wedding ring.

When the two met face-to-face in the courtroom, they didn't even acknowledge one another.

OUCH!

The discussion of money (duh!) was the hot topic as

Poor Bethenny Frankel is managing to put a smile on her face somehow!

Even though a little bit of time has passed, the former Real Housewives of New York City star is still struggling to get through her split with Jason Hoppy.

Perhaps she just needs another Skinnygirl margarita??

Luckily she’s had little Bryn there to make it all better because if not, it sounds like it’d be worse than the already bad sitch it is right now!

The newly single momma revealed the constant pain she's in

Apparently Jason Hoppy doesn't know he split from Bethenny Frankel later last year.

While spending the day with precious little Bryn, Bethenny's former hubby was spotted STILL wearing his wedding ring in New York yesterday.

WOW.

We know he had a tough time letting go of his woman, but we had no clue he was holding on THIS tight to their failed marriage.

So what gives?? Is Jason just a hopeless romantic hoping that Bethenny will change her mind??!

We're going to kindly advise him to MOVE ON because Bethenny's love boat has sailed far, far away and it's NEVER coming back.

After all, he is a VERY handsome man and obviously a caring dad. Many woman would LOVE to get down with that!

Maybe he only keeps the ring off the ward off the herd of admirers that would tail him and Bryn??! LOLz.

The Skinny Girl's divorce, multi-million dollar business, new talk show and toddler would make for GREAT TV and we're not the only ones who think so!

Bravo has extended an open invitation to the former reality star to return to The Real Housewives of New York.

Jason Hoppy was spotted carrying his daughter through the streets of NYC, keeping the little girl in stitches with his silly faces!

And for a bonus, he even let her play with some guy's dog! So cute!

This is no example for baby Bryn!!!

Fortunately her daughter was nowhere in sight when Bethenny Frankel was seen carelessly crossing the street in New York City while texting on her phone.

Didn't your mother ever teach you to look both ways and shouldn't you be teaching Bryn the same?!

The best way to educate a child is by example and this definitely is NOT a good example.

Hopefully if Bryn was with you, we would've never seen this happen!
