But something tells us, he'll be back. Though, maybe if he filled his full sentence, he would've learn his lesson. (doubtful…)
Yesterday afternoon, rapper DMX was released from EL Lay County lockup after only serving 18 days of his 90-day sentence for probation violation.
Sound familiar? It should, since it seems that despite the crime, you won't do much of the time. Jails are just too over crowded.
But it is what it is. He's out now. Question then becomes, what will he do next?
New album? New movie? New reason to get sent back to prison?!
We'll just wait and see!

We can't believe she's surprised!
Although he's been charged with drug possession and reckless driving (to name a few!), Tashera Simmons filed for a divorce and she discovered her hubby DMX fathered four kids out of wedlock.
Yikes!
Tashera said:
"He had four other children out of our marriage and I didn't know.
I only found out about one, and it was the one in Maryland that was public. It was all over the news and I was gonna try to make it work (but) after we did the show, Soul of a Man, I guess the women felt some kind of way because he was doing a lot of paying child support behind my back and giving them money without me knowing anything."
When he started coming up with all these kids I was like I can't (continue with the marriage) because for one, I have kids and I definitely don't want my daughter to think that that's OK. The drugs already was too much but then the cheating, I didn't even know he had time to do that.
I mean, I never put it past him: I never say never, but without protection? There was just a lot of unprotected sex and I have kids to take care of. I started thinking about all of that and I was like, I can't do it anymore. I felt he took me for granted."
And you JUST discovered that?! Considering she's writing a book about her marriage and launching a reality show about getting back on her feet, we're sure she'll be just fine.

After all the shiz he's put her through, we don't blame her for wanting to make bank at his expense!
Tashera Simmons, who recently split from DMX, is reportedly not only writing a tell-all book - Tashera Simmons…Strength of A Woman - about her relationship with the troubled rapper, but is also planning a reality show called Tashera Simmons: Life After X!
She says:
"It's not a tell-all, I want to clear that up. It's a memoir, it's a story about our life, my life, and our life together…I think reading my book, it explains everything. I'm talking about everything, from my childhood when I was absandoned by mother and left to take care of my siblings, to when me and Earl (DMX) first met at 11 and we got together at 18, and I'm starting from there until then on…it's a positive tell all."
A positive tell all is still a tell all, bb!
That being said, we are VERY curious to see what she has to say! We're sure some of that shiz is gonna be CRAZY!
What do U think?? Will U read her 'memoir?'

Rapper DMX has turned himself in to the Los Angeles Police Department for a 2002 reckless driving conviction. Finally, the LAPD can close the books on that case!
DMX, otherwise known as Earl Simmons, will spend 90 days in jail for his 8 year old crime. This sentence follows a series of arrests, which DMX has experienced over the past decade.
Don’t think we don’t see what you’re doing, DMX. You’re reminding us you exist by continually getting arrested, separated, and breaking probation.
Maybe next time you’ll release a fantastic new album to remind us that you’re still pertinent. Or why don’t you star in another unwatchable action movie with Tom Arnold.
Get creative, DMX! You're better than this.

Uh, oh!
She might be better off with his criminal history!
DMX has separated from his wife Tashera Simmons only two weeks after his release from prison! They have been married since 1999.
Tashera confirmed the separation and also announced plans for a reality show featuring her 4 children and how they will rebuild their lives. She also plans on writing a book about her life with DMX.
Make that money, girlfriend! Milk it!

Looks like it's a big fat NO for Celebrity Rehab. A judge has denied DMX's request to leave his Arizona jail cell so that he can film the show in California with Dr. Drew.
A representative for the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona says that the judge rejected the rapper's request because he's already making progress in the court-appointed substance abuse program.
The judge offered to let him go when the program ends in July, but the problem is the taping will have already begun for the next season of Celebrity Rehab.
Guess you missed your chance!

Even while incarcerated, DMX knows what is important:
Money!!!
From behind bars, the rapper is launching a major lawsuit against Rich Kid Entertainment. He claims that the company took 100% of his revenue when he signed with them 10 years ago. He alleges that they pocketed his payments instead of just taking the 10% they were owed.
Lawyers representing DMX filed the papers in Manhattan this morning, saying:
"DMX has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and has had No. 1 singles and albums on the Billboard charts, which in turn have generated a great amount of revenue for Defendants, but has left (DMX) with nothing."
And how did this all go unnoticed?
When you spend eight years in and out of prison, you see how much time you have for financial planning!
