Now it's serious!

Looks like the rumors about Halle Berry's baby daddy ARE true.

The nanny that was allegedly mentally and physically abused by the actress' ex-husband Gabriel Aubry has filed a police report claiming she was injured.

The incident happened a week ago when the nanny had a misscommunicatoin with the actor/model. According to the report Aubry got pissed at the woman raising his child for him, and yelled:

"You're the f*cking nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f*cking know anything."

What.A.Dick.

Police are now investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery.

We feel so sorry for Halle's 3-year-old daughter Nahla! First her parents spilt and now she has to deal with this!

Nanny's do a great service -- they raise your kids when you don't want to!

It's probs the most important job in the world, which is why we have zero tolerance for the mistreatment of care-takers. THAT is why Gabriel Aubry is on our shit list!

A source close to the situation says Halle Berry's ex-husband has been nothing but nasty to his daughter Nahla's nanny -- even getting violent with her!

A recent incident put Halle over the edge. Here's what our source claims happened:

"The nanny went to pick Nahla up at school and she wasn't there, so she went to Gabriel's home. Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because no one alerted her that Nahla didn't go to school."

That's when Aubry allegedly called the nanny a racial slur, before things took a turn for the physical. Our source says:

"She [the nanny] picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall -- while she had Nahla in her arms!"

OMG! We know one baby daddy that has some explaining to do!

That is NOT the way to set an example for your child. We hope this gets Halle the full-custody she's been fighting for!

Claire Danes has been named Woman of the Year by Hasty Pudding Theatricals. Previous winners include Julianne Moore, Charlize Theron, Anne Hathaway and Halle Berry.

Known for its fabulous burlesque shows, the Hasty Pudding Theatricals will have a parade led by Claire before she receives her award later that afternoon.

2012 has been very kind to Danes; she scored her third Golden Globe with Showtime's Homeland and she gets to lead a parade full of fabulous divas!!!

Claire will make the trip to Cambridge on January 26th.

The actress, who broke her foot in Spain thanks to a combination of a curious daughter and a wandering goat, was spotted dropping Nahla off at school on Friday.

Despite the injury, she seemed to be getting around Beverly Hills just fine in her foot brace.
