Look out Kevin Federline!

It appears the ex Mr. Spears owes nearly $20k in back taxes.

According to documents filed last week with the L.A. County Recorder's Office, K-Fed has been slapped with a federal tax lien to the tune of $17,969.81.

It's for the period ending in December 2008 - just a few months after his divorce from Brit-brit was finalized.

Poor Sean Preston and Jayden James!

Perhaps your nannies will teach you responsibility!

Kevin Federline was spotted leaving a medical office with his adorable little son, Sean Preston.

Looks like Sean picked up some fake teeth to play with.

It sounds as though Kevin Federline and his lady friend, Victoria Prince, won't be tying the knot anytime soon, because he doesn't want to lose his financial support - $20,000 per month in spousal and $15,000 per month in child support, to be exact - from ex-wife Britney Spears!

A source explains:

“She [Britney] pays spousal support until he remarries. If he does, his income would go way down. If he wed Victoria and she ever divorced him, then he’d have given up much of Britney’s dough and have to pay Victoria support. He cares about her, but he cares more about how much better off his bank account is if he stays unmarried.”

Awkwaaaard!

Sorry, bb, but we doubt we're going to see KFed put a ring on it anytime soon!

And if you like that monthly paycheck, then we doubt you're going to be too disappointed about that!

Kevin Federline and his girlfriend, Victoria Prince, recently took his boys with ex-wife Britney Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to pick out a Christmas tree in Chatsworth, CA, and were happy to pose as a family after their acquisition (above)!

Lovely lovely! We're so happy to see the boys being able to spend quality time with both mom and dad - especially during the holidays!

It's such an important time to be with family!

Kevin Federline took his boys out food shopping yesterday in El Lay. It's all about the manly, male bonding for them!

But look how happy Jayden and Sean are, out with their dad, having a normal afternoon out! And Kev, buddy, we think you've lost a bit more weight since the last time we saw you! Good for you!

The National Enquirer is reporting that K-Fat has become a celebrity hoarder to such disgusting excess that his neighbors are getting concerned!

According to sources, he "fears people will learn personal information from his discarded trash," so he holds on to cigarette butts, rotting fish, old diapers, and the magazines in which he wishes he were still being written about!

And of course, he has yet to accept that he has a problem, so when confronted about this nastiness, "he blows up."

UGH.

Would someone please remind him that he is COMPLETELY z-list, and therefore, nobody gives a shiz about his personal information, let alone his cigarette butts!

We don't even think Niecy Nash would bother trying to help his ass! Nor should she!

Just let him suffocate under his own irrelevancy trash!

Don't get us wrong! We're glad Kevin Federline is going out there and attempting some sort of physical activity, besides his daily 30 second walk from his car to the front door at Starbucks, but golf isn't exactly the most calorie-burning exercise out there!

Excellent! Maybe this will scare the truth right out of his fame-whoring face!

Britney Spears is reportedly having her lawyers work on a countersuit against former bodyguard Fernando Flores, the jerk who claims she abused her kids and came onto him in his own lawsuit. He should be so lucky!

Sources say that Britney is confident that she will be found innocent of all the charges this loser is bringing against her and when she is, she intends to ream him a new one in court. Supposedly, she intends to countersue for the amount of the substantial legal bills she will rack up.

If that's the case, hire five or ten more lawyers! You can always use them!

We're also told that her ex, Kevin Federline, is very keen on this idea and is supporting her decision to squash the low life. An insider reveals:

"Kevin told Britney she should do it and she strongly agreed that winning this case and forcing Flores to pay - big time - may help quash other future nuisance lawsuits against celebrities. Like the ones you often see filed by disgruntled, fired ex-employees - like nannies, housekeepers, drivers and bodyguards."

He's been very supportive of her through all of this. Good to see there is still a decent guy in there, deep down!
