Word vom?

During CBS This Morning with Charlie Rose on Wednesday, Gisele Bündchen admitted that her husband and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady suffered a concussion last season.

While discussing her concern for the impact the 39-year-old's career has on his health, the supermodel revealed:

"He had a concussion last year. I mean he has concussions pretty much every — I mean we don't talk about it — but he does have concussions."

Hm. Seems like she *almost* caught herself there.

aaron hernandez fiancee dr phil interview

Aaron Hernandez's fiancée has doubts about the NFL star's suicide.

As you surely know, the former New England Patriots tight end passed away in April as he killed himself while behind bars at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center. At the time of his death, the scandalized athlete was serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

And despite the fact that Aaron penned several suicide notes before taking his own life, it appears as though Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez thinks the footballer's letter to her could be fake. Whoa.

As we previously reported, Shayanna filmed a sit down with Dr. Phil — which is scheduled to air in two parts on Monday and Tuesday — where it's said she discussed everything from Aaron's rumored romantic life in prison to the last conversation they had.

On why she feels the suicide note may not be real, DailyMail.com reports Miz Jenkins-Hernandez told the TV doctor:

Will The New England Patriots Have To Pay Out The Rest Of Aaron Hernandez's Contract Now That He's Technically Innocent? Get The Latest!

no title

Aaron Hernandez's prison suicide has unraveled a mess of legal confusion.

As we reported, a Massachusetts judge granted the request to erase the former NFL star's murder conviction that was still pending appeal, which means he technically died an innocent man.

Officials say the court had "no choice" but to honor the abatement doctrine on Tuesday — you know, innocent until proven guilty (or dead, apparently) — in the former athlete's appeal for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd.

This new development blitzed the New England Patriots with a potential problem, as the team might now be on the hook to pay out the remainder of Aaron's $6 million salary to his estate.

The former athlete's attorney, Jose Baez, told TMZ his legal team is in talks with Hernandez's former agents to see how the abatement will affect his contract.

Baez says Hernandez's family is still grieving over his tragic suicide and are not rushing to take any specific action.

If the team were ordered to pay out the remaining sum, it would go to his beneficiary and fiancée Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez, who Aaron declared was "rich" in his suicide note to her.

Prosecutors have suggested that the ex-pro planned his suicide

Holy Shit! A Massachusetts Judge Ruled To Erase Aaron Hernandez's Murder Conviction Following His Suicide

Aaron Hernandez

UPDATE 5:06 P.M. EST: Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III plans to appeal Aaron Hernandez's abatement ruling, and is even willing to take it the Massachusetts Supreme Court!

Releasing a statement, Thomas explained:

"Despite the tragic ending to Aaron Hernandez's life, he should not reap the legal benefits of an antiquated rule. State and federal courts from across the country have rejected this antiquated rule. Massachusetts, in my opinion, needs to follow suit."

We'll continue to keep you updated.

Wow, this is a huge development.

As we've reported, Aaron Hernandez technically died an innocent man under Massachusetts law, as his murder conviction was still pending appeal.

On Tuesday, a judge granted the request to erase the former NFL star's conviction for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd because the court "has no choice" but to honor the abatement doctrine.

As a reminder, days before his death, the athlete was acquitted in a separate double murder that occurred in 2012. Hernandez was seeking appeal in Lloyd's case when he hung himself by his bed sheet in his Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center jail cell.

Delivering her ruling, Judge Susan Garsh said a defendant cannot stand convicted upon death if appeals are not exhausted, according to law:

Sandra Bullock must be so disappointed reading this.

Michael Oher, the football star who inspired the 2009 flick The Blind Side, has been accused of assaulting an Uber driver in Nashville, TN. Uh oh.

According to ESPN, the employee for the ride sharing company claims the NFL star and four friends started arguing with him when they accused the driver of not knowing how to get to an undisclosed restaurant. Apparently, the 30-year-old and the driver continued to bicker upon arriving at the final destination. Both men then got out of the car, which is when things took a physical turn.

It's said the alleged incident took place back on April 14. An incident report noted:

Aaron Hernandez's Lawyer Puts Massachusetts Authorities On Blast For The Way They Handled The Athlete's Suicide

aaron hernandez lawyer calls out authorities

Aaron Hernandez's lawyer is calling people out.

On Thursday, the Massachusetts State Police issued an investigative report in order to set the record straight about what happened the day the scandalized NFL star committed suicide. Ever since it was revealed that the former New England Patriots tight end killed himself in prison on April 19, there has been a lot of conflicting reports about his passing.

While the report disproved some of the rumors, it did confirm that Aaron had written Bible verse John 3:16 in ink on his forehead and in blood in his prison cell. Intense stuff.

Not to mention, a toxicology report proved the American athlete did NOT have drugs in his system at the time of his death. This update contradicts a previous report which claims Hernandez had used synthetic marijuana hours before killing himself.

And while this report certainly clarifies a few things, Aaron's lawyer Jose Baez is not satisfied with the way the authorities handled the investigation. In a new statement, the attorney noted:
