The Twitterverse is OVERFLOWING with reactions to Dick Clark's death!!

Earlier we discussed Ryan Seacrest, who became very close with his lifelong idol after receiving the New Year's Rockin' Eve torch in '06. He let everyone know how "deeply saddened" he was with his Twitter response.

But other celebrities are chiming in too!

The mourning is very hard, especially since nearly everyone in Hollywood has been impacted or influenced by the late, great entertainer.

The Ryan Seacrest produced reality show, which follows the lives of a group of very wealthy Iranian-Americans, recently aired its final episode.

That episode posted its best ratings all season as a whopping 1.5 million viewers tuned in!!!

Subsequently, Bravo renewed Shahs of Sunset for a second season!

We're all mourning the loss of Dick Clark, but one person in particular was extra close to Dick.

Having taken the New Year's Rockin' Eve torch in 2006, Ryan Seacrest learned an amazing amount of wisdom from the late radio and television innovator.

The two became great friends through the years, a friendship that meant so much to Ryan as Dick was one of his main influences growing up.

The girl only JUST wrapped her EPIC Stronger tour and now she's barely taking a breather before heading back on the road to perform 30+ dates starting July!

The concert series will also feature up and coming songstress, Carolina Liar.

Sarah Palin managed to bring in better ratings for NBC's Today last Tuesday than Katie Couric did for ABC's Good Morning America. However, it looks like people just want to watch NBC's morning show over ABC's no matter what.

By the end of Couric's week long guest hosting gig on GMA, the broadcast only attracted more viewers on Wednesday, while Today won the remaining four days.
