So is this one bigger and better?
What a Mess! Will this legal battle ever end?!
In a promo clip MTV released on Tuesday, Leah Messer revealed that her ex-husband Corey Simms is seeking primary custody of the six-year-old twins they share, Aliannah and Aleeah.
Hold the phone! Didn't a judge JUST grant these two joint custody earlier this year?
Well, it looks like the famous father doesn't care for the court's decision, because he's filed legal docs to be the main custodian of their daughters.
The Teen Mom 2 alum broke the news to her sister in the preview video, saying:
"Corey filed these papers. He turned around and filed an objection to be the primary custodian."
The 24-year-old admitted the objection caught her off guard, since she and her former flame had been behaving better around each other, adding:
"I spoke to him after the hearing and everything went great. You know, we were actually kind of communicating and I thought that we were going to be able to coparent the way we used to."
The momma-of-three explained that his argument stated that West Virginia law doesn't recognize joint custodians. But the reality star is NOT here for another legal attack, responding:
Jenelle Evans is always battling rumors!
In Jenelle's latest installment of rumor dispelling, on Tuesday she took to Twitter, to clear up widespread allegations that she's engaged to AND pregnant by her boyfriend David Eason. The two have been hot and heavy since September of 2015.
Considering Evans has seemingly found her soulmate in David, it's no shock fans are speculating about their future. From constant family outings to dinners with Jenelle's momma Barbara Evans, the pair seems to be on the fast track to happily ever after!
So, is J.E. expecting baby number three and walk down the aisle?
According to the reality star, the answer is a big no:
Drama, drama, drama — and once again Jenelle Evans is right in the middle of it!
Last night on Teen Mom 2, the much-maligned momma met with ex Nathan Griffith regarding their current custody situation, and the charges he has been holding against her in court, and it turned out… uh, about like you might expect.
Jenelle walked into her meeting with Nathan hoping for one thing — to get him to drop the assault charges — so that she could better herself by getting into a surgical tech program.
Griffith wasn't having it, though, and things turned heated when he expected to see his son Kaiser at their meeting, only to be disappointed when Jenelle showed up without him.
Jenelle DID show up with her current boyfriend David Eason, though, who was none too happy about Nathan's actions and let Jenelle know about it before their get-together:
Poor Jenelle Evans can't escape the drama!
Following Jenelle's legal victory against her ex Nathan Griffith last week, news of her best friend's drug arrest surfaced online. The pal in question is Tori Rhyne, Jenelle's longtime confidante and sometime babysitter. Tori has appeared on the show many times before, including this most recent season.
According to legal docs, T.R. was arrested for marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, and heroin possession on April 13.
Now here's why fans are freaking out — not only was Tori the reality star's roommate before new boyfriend David Eason moved in, but she has also watched her young son Kaiser numerous times. While Rhyne appeared capable on the show, this startling revelation is causing concern for some viewers.
To make matters more interesting, Nathan allegedly called CPS on Jenelle back in November over concerns about Tori. Apparently the baby daddy wasn't thrilled to learn that the North Carolina native was watching his son while J.E. went on vacation with David.
Naturally, Evans and Tori are fighting back on Twitter against the accusations. According to Ms. Rhyne, the drugs weren't hers and the case will be dismissed.
On April 21, the twenty-something tweeted:
This verdict has been a long time coming!
Almost a year after Jenelle Evans' allegedly assaulted Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend Jessica Henry, a jury finally reached a conclusion on the dramatic case.
Here's what down for those who don't remember — Nathan's new love claimed Jenelle threw a water glass at her head back in the summer of 2015. The alleged incident occurred when Henry accompanied Griffith to pick up son Kaiser From Evans' house.
While J.H. claims the reality star was violent in her assault, Jenelle contends she only meant to throw water and not the entire glass. The momma also felt threatened considering Jessica came to her property without an invitation.
Unfortunately for J.E., Nathan went full throttle in his case against her and it subsequently went to trial. A lot of fans suspected this was the baby daddy's attempt to exact revenge opposed to finding justice.
So, how did the jury rule?
Leah Messer is done with the lies!
According to sources close to Leah, the Teen Mom 2 star is fed up with MTV's alleged attempt to boost ratings through unfair editing. In the past, Messer has blamed the network for hinting that she has a drug problem in addition to portraying her as a bad mother.
For those missed the last episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah went out on a date with her ex and baby daddy Jeremy. In the clip, L.M. appears to want a reconciliation with Calvert as she declares that he was the "one person" for her.
Shortly after the episode aired, the reality star took to Twitter to bash the show and it's purported fakeness:
Dayum, tell us how you really feel, girl!
A source via People Magazine said of Leah's frustrations:
"Leah wrote that because the show cut out everything on Jeremy's side. He was the one who was begging her to come back and to give him another chance. He was the one that coordinated the date and to try to make it work. The show was edited to make it seem like she was the one doing it and didn't show anything about Jeremy, and she wanted to set the record straight."
Hmm… very inneresting!
Considering Jeremy has since deleted his Twitter account, we have no idea what he's thinking at the moment. While he did retweet a jab at his ex-wife (a fan had pointed out how Messer forgot their daughter in the car), he agreed that the show is unfair at times:

Wow, it sounds like J.C. is just as angry as his former wife! We wonder what's really going on here… Despite all the drama, the blonde is doing her best to remain positive and healthy during this time:
So excited to start reading my new books 😊 I've always despised reading up until about 2 months ago! Now, any book like these I can read in less than 5 days, and that's good for me! I enjoy striving to be the best version of myself! I get better each and every day !☺️ Soo much to look forward too w/ @liveyourstandard 😍 @msriellyA photo posted by Leah dawn (@leahdawn92mtv) on Apr 15, 2016 at 9:14am PDT
Way to keep your head up, girl!
We just have to wonder — why continue to film if you feel so violated? That'$ the part that ha$ u$ confu$ed!
Catelynn Lowell Baltierra is doing everything she can to be healthy!
Following Cate's exit from an Arizona based treatment center for depression, the momma showed off some new and emotionally poignant ink. Let's just say the tat is truly inspiring for Baltierra and EVERYONE who is going through a rough time!
In the snap, CB debuts the phrase "My story isn't over yet", on her left arm. The end of the powerful sentence features a semicolon, a nod to Project Semicolon.
For those who don't know, Project Semicolon is a non-profit organization designed to help those who "struggle with depression, self-injury, mental illness and suicide". Unsurprisingly, the reality star is a BIG fan of the organization.
Check out Catelynn's tribute to the non-profit and her journey (below)!
