A TV Spin-Off For Bridget Jones?

What the fat suit, Renée Zellweger??? Like it was really going to be that hard to eat your weight in Snickers for a little while for another movie?!

We’re assuming that due to the news that the Bridget Jones franchise is making it’s way to the small screen, another big screen adaptation starring the squinty eyed actress is out of the picture.

NBC is supposedly working on a deal to bring the single-girl comedy to the network as a weekly show. Execs think the show would be a huge success, considering the last time the Peacock took from the Brits, Steve Carell was given the role of a lifetime.

It could be a good show, but that doesn’t stop us from being pissed at Ren├â┬⌐e! Bradley, could you talk to your girl, please!
