Benji Madden was spotted out with wife Cameron Diaz on Saturday night as the pair left a West Hollywood hotspot.

But the story here — besides Cameron, gorg as always — is that noggin’ tat!
While the rock star hasn’t officially confirmed it, (so perhaps it could be temporary) it’s a safe bet to figure that the art is permanent, considering Madden’s tattoo history!
To put it mildly, the 36-year-old musician is familiar with epidermal portraits — in the past he’s even gone so far as to add Diaz’s name to his staple of body art!
But this intricate, diamond-shaped pattern all across the back and top of his head is certainly unique and different! Now, we’re just left to wonder what his beautiful 43-year-old movie star wife thinks about all this…
